Wineries B2B:

All we need for the release of your account is your full name, email address (confirmed in a second step), company name, tax number, pick-up address and billing address.
Grapevine is a platform for B2B businesses only. If you are a business but still do not have a tax number you can leave the field blank. We will then check your account and activate it manually.
You find the login button in the top right corner of the landing page www.hellograpevine.io.
Our business relationship builds on the general terms and conditions, where you are not bound to any timely commitment beyond the handling of existing orders and offers on the platform until the end of the month in which you decide to deactivate your grapevine account. The general terms & conditions outline this in further detail.
The pricing model is linked to sales and buyer type. Based on the price you define on the platform, 8% of the price per bottle sold is charged as the "handling fee" by grapevine. If you trade with an F&B outlet (e.g. restaurant, bar) you are responsible for covering the handling fee. Should the buyer be a reseller (e.g. merchant, importer) the handling fee is covered by the reseller.
To make buyers´ lives easier, grapevine issues a collective invoice on behalf of all vintners of the same order. We redistribute all amounts to you accordingly. Payment schedules will be indicated in the order overview and on your dashboard.
The order will be collected by our logistics partner at your company address on the date specified in your order overview. Please make sure to have the order ready for pickup.
There are no requirements from our logistics partner. You have the option to use "safer" packaging or opt for additional insurance. The insured amount will be stated with your order.
Our partnership with DB Schenker makes bundled deliveries possible. Because of their strong infrastructure, costs will barely differ to alternative carriers. To make bundled deliveries and mixed pallets possible, individual shipping is not possible.
Depending on the order volume, you may receive a QR code to print out and stick onto the packages. If required, this will be indicated in your order overview.
Returns must be accepted in case of incorrect or incomplete package content in which case the return costs are covered by yourself. In other cases, we recommend to accept return requests in case of valid reasoning. In case of a return request you will be informed by email and in your order overview. Costs of return will be then carried by the buyer.
We encourage you to upload your entire portfolio. You can position yourself especially well with rarities, which you may not offer on other distribution channels.

Wineries B2C:

Please confirm your order by clicking the button in your notification email. By confirming your order, you acknowledge the pick-up of your wines within 1-2 working days, i.e. you must have appropriate packaging available.
We will try our best to reschedule to your preferred pick-up date. However, this might not be possible due to third-party involvement. In general, we advise to only confirm an order if (a) you or your representative will be on site or (b) you are willing to take the risk and leave the package in front of your door (only accepted by grapevine if the order concerns one package only, case must be labelled with the recipient’s name & tracking number).
Please only use a certified wine shipping box for all deliveries. If you run low on packaging, you can always order new boxes in your personal dashboard. Keep in mind that delivery of new boxes takes 2-3 business days.
This depends on the logistics partner picking up your order. You can download the Bar-Code or QR-Label in your orders section as soon as it has been generated by the operating logistics partner. Make sure to place the label visibly on the case. Should you not receive a label for your respective shipment the driver will provide you with the actual label at picking-up.
This can happen. Please make sure to contact us right away.
We might ask you to re-send a package to the customer, in which case we will schedule a new pick-up. Two pick-up attempts will be invoiced to you as a result.
Always invoice the actual customer. You will find all necessary details in your orders section. Once you’ve generated the invoice, please upload it to the respective order and customer in your orders overview.
Once you have provided us with the invoice, we will make sure to transfer the money as soon as possible. Money transfers are usually done in a 14 days cycle.
Please make sure to reach out to us directly via email: office@hellograpevine.io
Yes, of course! But please make sure to check with us beforehand. We want to make sure to deliver a consistent experience to our customers.

Our business relationship builds on the general terms and conditions, where you are not bound to any timely commitment beyond the handling and payment of placed orders and invoices received through grapevine if applicable.
You receive one condensed invoice of your order from grapevine. If you are a reseller (e.g. merchant, importer), an additional handling fee of 8% per bought bottle for your use of grapevine applies.
Our logistics partner delivers the bundled order directly to the delivery address specified on your account. We deliver according to your preferences indicated on your profile.
You can request the return of ordered wine if the wine is faulty or the order is incorrect or incomplete. You always have the option to request a return with the vintner but must expect to cover the organisation and costs of return. For the avoidance of doubt, grapevine cannot guarantee returns.

* In case of discrepancies between the FAQs discusseed herein and the Grapevine general conditions, the latter shall always prevails.
